Been a while since I've posted, and I hadn't planned on starting again until I got the full site up and running again, but I wanted to cement my thoughts on the evening before they went away.
Even in the midst of drama and woes, Halloween still comes through as my favorite holiday, each year a little better than the last. It does remind me a lot of Corinna, since she was a large part of why last Halloween was so wonderful, but reflections of those sort are inevitable.
There was a spot of confusion / drama surrounding plans for this year, but the great pumpkin came through and made all the troubles go away. A pretty good sized turn out at Ryan's house (about ten people), everyone got along, we had good food, an outdoor theater, scary movies (28 Days Later, Scream, Scream 2), people getting pranked and scared senseless, and all around a good time. Also, through sheer chance I was able to show Movie Nights, better known as "the Regal movie", to an audience for the first time. Not only does it feel great to have finally finished such a long and drawn out project and shown it to people, but I'm glad that people seemed to genuinely enjoy watching it.
Recap: food, friends, outdoor theater, scaring people, horror movies, regal movie, and no drama - a great night; the type of night I will remember when I think back on my college days. I love all you guys.
